Rented Homes available – now closed

A two-bedroom apartment for rent in Forrester Road, Mistley and a two-bedroom home in Lawford will be available in January 2024.

The available tenancies are for a maximum of five years, in order that the opportunity can be available to other local young people on a rotational basis.

The rent required for the two-bedroom apartment is £505.00 per month. Including £100.00 per month which is returned to the tenant as a lump sum, on the successful conclusion of their tenancy (therefore the net rent is actually £405.00 per month).

The rent required for the two-bedroom home is £535.00 per month. Including £100.00 per month which is returned to the tenant as a lump sum, on the successful conclusion of their tenancy (therefore the net rent is actually £435.00 per month).

This initial rent will be frozen at that rate for the first three years of the tenancy and then subject to annual review.

The rents are set as low as this to allow our tenants to also save towards their own home in the future, whilst living independently in one of our homes.
