Application Form

The LHET is currently accepting applications to be considered for a one-bedroom, first floor apartment that has become available at Forrester Road, Mistley.

Before completing the application form, please make sure you have read and understood the eligibility requirements (these can be found here).

Please complete the application form as fully as you can and return it to info@lhet.org. You will receive an automatic reply confirming receipt of your application. The Trust will respond to all applicants after the closing date.
