Exciting Opportunity – Affordable Rented Homes Coming Soon in Lawford!
The Lawford Housing Enterprise Trust (LHET) wishes to announce a limited number of two-bedroom rental homes will soon be available in Lawford.
Starting at 9:00 AM on Monday, 4th August, the online application form will go live on our website. Applications will only be accepted online and only during a limited window; the application will close at 5:00 PM on Monday 1st September.
These homes are offered on five-year tenancies, giving young people in the area a chance to live independently while planning for their future. The rent is set at just £545 per month, with £100 of that returned to the tenant as a lump sum at the successful conclusion of the tenancy — meaning the effective monthly rent is only £445.
The initial rent will be frozen for the first three years, giving the tenant financial stability while they build towards their own homeownership goals.
